Jade practices yoga as more than postures & alignment- it is a somatic tool to understand the direct relationship between our bodies and our minds.

Jade uses the techniques of thoughtfully curated playlists, guided meditation and extra long savasanas to create an environment that supports and encourages introspection. She is passionate about the power of moving through emotions opposed to bypassing them - although, this is not easy work.

Yes, 100% attendance is required for weeks. Please refer to training schedule to ensure you can attend all online and in person dates before applying. In-person dates will not be available to join online.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE TRAINING OUTSIDE OF TUITION?

Additional costs may include reading materials, notebooks, and transportation to and from lectures, however, we encourage students to look for used or borrowed books, and carpool when possible.

Do I need to have in depth yoga experience to apply?

No prior training or skill level required. We recommend having minimum 1-2 years of general yoga experience.

What if I don’t want to teach yoga?

That’s okay! Many people who decide to do their Yoga Teacher Training don’t plan to teach right away or teach at all. Think of this as an opportunity to deepen your practice, and your understanding of yourself.

Will completing this training automatically guarantee me a teaching job at SoulSpeak Yoga?

This training does not guarantee participating students a job at SoulSpeak Yoga. We will, however, put emphases on the business of yoga throughout our training to ensure students feel prepared to start teaching after the training is complete. Free mentorship post training will be offered, as well as an opportunity to teach charity classes at SoulSpeak Studios.
