WHAT IS FLOWSTATE?

Flow State is an immersive 50hr advanced training for teachers who want to expand their creative range, refine their teaching presence, and learn to lead from intuition, not autopilot.

IT Combines creative sequencing, movement mechanics, somatic exploration, and soulful teaching tools to unlock more intuitive, powerful classes.

CURRICULUM 

  • Movement & Flow Mechanics

    Develop advanced understanding of how flow is built, felt, and sequenced in the body.

    Includes:

    - Flow labs

    - Movement mapping

    - Transition + layering work

    - Wave theory

    - Tempo exercises

  • Creative & Somatic Exploration

    Practices off that mat that encourage exploration, expression, and somatic awareness in your sequencing and practice.

    Includes:

    -Surf lesson

    - Waterfall hike

    - Breathwork workshop

    - Somatic movement practices

  • Advanced Teaching Techniques

    Refine your presence + delivery.

    Topics Covered:

    - Teaching with musicality

    - Moving around the room

    - Hands-on adjustments

    - Voice work

    - Live Cueing

    - Class theming

  • Practicums + ONE ON ONE MENTORSHIP

    Teach a 30-minute class on Day One and receive 1:1 feedback to guide your growth throughout the week.

    Through mentorship, workshops, and real-time teaching, you’ll refine your skills and return to the front of the room at the end of training for a final practicum — a chance to embody everything you’ve integrated.
